We use high-quality materials including 14k and 18k gold plating over sterling silver (vermeil), ethically sourced gemstones, and hypoallergenic stainless steel to ensure longevity and comfort for sensitive skin.
How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or applying perfumes. Store your jewelry in the provided Alara pouch or a cool, dry place when not in use.
How long does shipping take and do you offer tracking?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Alara Jewelry piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or natural wear and tear from improper care.
